Medical furnishings from a firm experienced in healthcare requirements

Sotec Medical designs and manufactures medical equipment for hospitals, clinics and nursing homes, as well as homecare. The firm emphasises that it's wide range of appliances, from standard to custom-made, are subjected to in-depth study both in their workings as well as aesthetics.

For hospitals, the range includes ward beds, emergency stretchers, patient rooms, convalescence chairs, geriatric furnishings, patient-lifting equipment and more. Likewise, while maintaining its products’ medical functionalities, the company says it produces a hotel-grade range which facilitates easy integration into an elderly-person’s environment. Another smart, custom-made medical offer comprises a wall-mounted chest, built-in bedside table and headboard and recessed, legless desk.
The furniture is designed and manufactured in-house – everything from materials analysis to 3-D drawings, carpentry, etc – utilising the firm’s medical industrial knowledge. Along with its own design office, Sotec also works in partnership with various agencies (LNE, French national testing and measurement laboratory, and ANVAR, French national research promotion agency).
An ISO 13485 company, Sotec Medical confirms that its products are manufactured to European norms.
