ITZ Medicom at ECR 2011

ITZ Medicom, developer of the innovative PACS solution Hyper.PACS and their partner Esinomed, producer of mobile monitor and special viewing solutions for operating theatres, are looking back on a very successful ECR show 2011. Thanks to many interested customers we do see a trend of potential customers searching more and more for smaller flexible companies, with a stable and solid financial background. Thanks to the ECR it was possible to show everyone the newest on the market available features.

Hyper.PACS, the main product of ITZ Medicom, is a very flexible and workflow oriented Image Management System for all kind of images in a hospital. The interfaces "speak" all kind of "dialects" in DICOM and HL7 so that it works very well in a grown environment of hospitals.

Another important field ITZ Medicom is working on is Telemedicine with open international standards. Over 400 hospitals are already connected to and the number of new members is increasing daily. Due To the fact that DICOM-Raw-Data are stored, every post-processing workstation is able to work with the open system of ITZ Medicom. Moreover the use is intuitive and no teaching is necessary. Radiology, Cardiology, Endoscopy, Dermatology, Surgery and all other departments like to handle their images with this intuitive system.

With the partner Esinomed the images are visualized even in the operation theatre in best price-performance-relationship. Esinomed GmbH is specialized in the development and manufacturing of computer consoles for operating theatres. The systems are mainly used for digital image viewing/processing in the operating theatre. All consoles have an integrated CPU, a membrane keyboard with touchpad and a single or multiple display. The units are splash-proof and made of desinfectable materials. The DICOM preset displays are available in resolutions ranging from 1.3 Mpix up to 4 Mpix. The consoles are Windows® based and can be used with any PACS application. They are available in completely sealed, powder coated metal cases or in a stainless steel version. The PACS Viewing Stations comply with all relevant safety standards.
